Step Becoming Expert

The first step to do to become an expert in your job is to determine benchmarks of expertise itself. You do this by tracing the character of your work. I mean every area of work has a certain mastery of qualifications that are divided into the acquisition of knowledge, skills and attitudes. For example if you work at a travel agency, surely you must have knowledge about area attractions, guiding skills tourists / travelers and foreign language skills. And of course knowledge and skills must be supported by a friendly attitude, outgoing, and familiar.

Assess yourself honestly. Ask yourself, if you already have a supportive attitude and your job duties. You should also ask for 'feedback' from other people around you. The problem is, sometimes you feel friendly enough, but it turns out according to the people around you, is not the case. For the column of knowledge and skills to assess how well yourself to every aspect that has been determined.

Perform the update. If you felt it was quite an expert in a field, do not dwell on one such skill. Perform the update and refresher for skills that you have not 'cruel' alias outdated. Do not forget to always use your skills to the things that is useful. Because of the expertise is not utilized will experience 'stagnation'.
Evaluation. The last step you have to do to become 'experts' is to conduct regular evaluation. For example, shortcomings and weaknesses of what you managed to overcome? Target skills that have been achieved? The extent to which a supporting role to assist your efforts and support forces which need to be added? The extent to which skills you have accomplished can be useful.. ? These questions will help you in positioning itself to become 'an expert'.
