Career Planning

Based on some explanation in the article it appears that previous management Career planning (career planning) is needed by every employee. A career is all the work (or position) that belongs to(hold) during one's working life. For some employees, these jobs are a part of a plan drawn up carefully and seriously. But for others,a career may simply 'fate was followed only just', because there is no clear career plan to achieve the desired position. Employees who do not have a clear career plan will be more uncertain future of his career compared with employees who have a career plan because it will be more focus on reaching a career that has been planned.
Many employees fail to manage a career because they do not pay attention to the basic concepts of career planning, employee was not ready for positions that are available within the organization.Employees do not realize that career goals can spur a successful career and a great result. Understanding of the concepts of career planning is expected to lead to the establishment of career goals and career planning tends to be achieved.

The planning process allows the employees to identify career goals and pathways toward those goals. Then through the activities or the development of employees looking for ways to improve themselves and develop their career goals. In short, his career should be managed through a careful planning. If not, employees will often not prepared to take advantage of career opportunities that exist within the organization.
